Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions, specifically with regards to sales, at any time, without warning on the understanding that any such changes cannot be applied to orders which were accepted by the customer prior to such changes having been made.

The prices for services and products that appear on the website are given in Euros, Pounds and Swiss Francs including taxes. Products are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
The price of services and products can be altered by Sylvaine Delacourte SAS at any time and the price will be indicated to the Customer before they place their Order. All of our prices include postage and packing, no matter how small or large the order.
Prices include VAT which is applied when the order is placed. Any changes in VAT will be automatically reflected in the prices of products sold by Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. on their website.
Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. retains the right to change the products and services on offer on their website at any time, without affecting current Customer Orders. In accordance with article L.111-1 of the consumer code, the Customer can find all information about the key characteristics of the services and/or products they wish to purchase on Sylvaine Delacourte Inc.'s website. Products comply with current French law.
The offers presented by Sylvaine Delacourte are valid as they are advertised on the website whilst current stocks last. If one or several products or services are unavailable after an Order as been place, the Customer will be informed via email. The total price of the Order will be recalculated and the Customer will only be charged for the new amount, which will not include the missing products. If the complete Order is unavailable, the Customer will be informed via email and will not be charged or will be reimbursed. In this case, Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages suffered by the Customer, nor be held liable for any losses.
When the Customer confirms their order by clicking on the 'Pay by card' button (hereafter and before 'the Order'), it is understood that they fully accept the contents and the conditions of the Order and in particular these Terms & Conditions of Sale, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products on sale and ordered by the customer.
Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. will then confirm this order by sending an email to the Customer.
Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution in the case of default in payment or partial payment of any sum owed by the Customer, in the case of any payment incident or fraud or attempted fraud with regards to using the Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. website, including payment owed on previous orders.
Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. cannot be held liable for any errors with regards to email addresses entered or non-reception of automatic Order confirmation emails. In this case the sale is considered as permanent, unless the Order is cancelled by Sylvaine Delacourte SAS, particularly if the product is unavailable. The Customer may exercise their right to cancel the order in line with the conditions set out below
The Customer has 14 days from when the order is placed to exercise their right to cancel. Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. will reimburse the Customer for the full amount paid, including postage and packing.
The Customer should send the discovery box or perfume box to us complete will all products inside, in perfect state and in their original protective packaging. The postage costs to return the items will be borne by the Customer.
The Customer should send the discovery box or perfume box to: Sylvaine Delacourte SAS, 12 rue Robert Planquette, 75018 Paris, at the latest within 14 days of informing Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. that they wish to exercise their right to cancel either via email or by filling in the cancellation form. We strongly advice Customers to use recorded or registered delivery. If the package is lost in transit, Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. are only able to reimburse customers if we have the tracking number for the return package. Customers can send their cancellation requests by email to hello@sylvaine-delacourte.com , Sylviane Delacourte Inc.. will send a receipt for the cancellation.

Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders for any discovery sample box which is deemed to exceed the usage specifications of such a box (Discovery Box is limited to 1 box per person).
All orders are payable in Euros, Pounds and Swiss Francs according to the country of destination. Payment is to be made by bank card.
The Customer attests that they is fully authorised to use the bank card to pay for the order and that they legally have sufficient funds to cover all the costs related to the order placed via the website www.sylvaine-delacourte.com. Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of payment methods.
Sylvaine Delacourte Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel and order and/or delivery, whatever the nature and level of execution if any monies owed by the Customer are not paid or if there are any problems with the payment.
All payments will be processed via a secure system which encrypts the data so that no information given by the Customer may be intercepted by a third party. The Customer should save and print their receipt if they want to keep details of the transaction.

Packages containing orders which have been paid for will be delivered through the letter box at the Delivery Address given by the Customer.
If the letter box is too small, the package will be delivered either to the Customer or recipient named on the front of the package or at the discretion of the postman to another person, in particular any other person working for the recipient, living with them or nominated by them, with power of attorney or an identified third party.
If the parcel is unable to be delivered for the reasons detailed above (letter box is too small/nobody is around to receive the parcel), the Customer or recipient of the Order will receive a note informing them that a delivery was attempted which they can use to collect the parcel from the post office named on the note within 14 days.
After 14 days the parcel will be returned to sender. In this case the Customer will be reimbursed for the Order total minus the delivery costs, by any means selected by Sylvaine Delacourte Inc..
If the parcel appears as delivered according to the Post Office IT system (Flashing) then this cannot be contested.
ii) Perfume boxes will be delivered inside of France via the French Post Offices Colissimo service.
Packages containing orders which have been paid for will be delivered through the letter box at the Delivery Address given by the Customer.
If the letter box is too small, the package will be delivered either to the Customer or recipient named on the front of the package or at the discretion of the postman to another person, in particular any other person working for the recipient, living with them or nominated by them, with power of attorney or an identified third party.
If the parcel is unable to be delivered for the reasons detailed above (letter box is too small/nobody is around to receive the parcel), the Customer or recipient of the Order will receive a note informing them that a delivery was attempted which they can use to collect the parcel from the post office named on the note within 14 days.
After 14 days the parcel will be returned to sender. In this case the Customer will be reimbursed for the Order total minus the delivery costs, by any means selected by Sylvaine Delacourte Inc..

If the parcel is unable to be delivered for the reasons detailed above (letter box is too small/nobody is around to receive the parcel), the Customer or recipient of the Order will receive a note informing them that a delivery was attempted which they can use to collect the parcel from the post office named on the note within 14 days.

Packages containing orders which have been paid for will be delivered through the letter box at the Delivery Address given by the Customer.
If the letter box is too small, the package will be delivered either to the Customer or recipient named on the front of the package or at the discretion of the postman to another person, in particular any other person working for the recipient, living with them or nominated by them, with power of attorney or an identified third party.
If the parcel is unable to be delivered for the reasons detailed above (letter box is too small/nobody is around to receive the parcel), the Customer or recipient of the Order will receive a note informing them that a delivery was attempted which they can use to collect the parcel from the post office named on the note within 14 days.
